Muntazir is a Project Manager and Environmental Engineer with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering. He has over 21 years of technical experience in the fields of environmental site assessments and remediation, landfill monitoring, environmental compliance, permits, and contract administration.
David Parkinson
Mechanical Engineer – Sydney
David is a mechanical engineer with over 30 years of experience in the mechanical design of commercial, industrial, institutional, and residential facilities; site monitoring and contract administration during construction.
Chris Patten
Municipal Engineer – Windsor
Chris has over 29 years of experience with servicing municipal infrastructure, commercial and industrial developments. He has been the project manager or lead engineer for numerous roadway and utility relocations and studies in the southwest Ontario area.
Stephen Pearce
Structural Engineer – St. John’s
Steve is a structural engineer with over 25 years of experience providing engineering services to industrial, government, municipal and private clients.
Taran Peters
Transportation Engineer – Winnipeg
Taran has over 23 years of experience in transportation and municipal engineering. He has led teams on specialty projects, such as bus rapid transit design and construction, and in a P3 and owner’s engineer role.
Jennifer Petruniak
Executive Director, People – Toronto – North York
Jen has extensive experience in the fields of natural resource management, project management and operations management. She has spent much of her career in professional services and gained progressive experience through a variety of management and leadership roles.

Rory has over 17 years of consulting experience in the field of civil infrastructure. Rory routinely works with municipalities to prioritize infrastructure improvements and identify short and long-term system upgrades.

Dave has over 30 years of experience in the areas of risk management, environmental management, sustainability, strategic planning and policy development.
Richard Pope
Biologist – Vancouver
Richard has over 38 years of experience in the assessment of both marine and freshwater resources. His project experience is extensive and varied. Richard’s experience extends across Canada as well as internationally.
