Stacie has over 18 years of environmental and research experience as a biologist. She specializes in biophysical assessments and wildlife studies, including breeding bird and wildlife inventories, fisheries and aquatic health assessments, and the development of surface water quality programs.

Dennis has over 24 years of experience in multi-disciplinary transportation projects and leads Dillon’s Integrated Mobility Service Line. His expertise is in transit planning, multi-modal transportation planning and mobility management.

Margaret has over 17 years of experience as a planner and project manager. She has been living in the Northwest Territories since 2006, and works with many Indigenous communities and regional governments.
