Sean was appointed as Dillon’s CEO in March 2020, and has over 32 years of consulting and industry experience.
Darcy Harris
Civil Engineer – Saint John
Darcy has over 27 years of experience in engineering consulting and project management. He is involved principally as a municipal engineer while also focusing on water and wastewater, transportation and land development.
Doug Hartford
Civil Engineer – Saint John
Doug has over 17 years of consulting experience on civil infrastructure and transportation related projects.
Dennis Heinrichs
Direction, Acquisition Integration – Winnipeg
Dennis has over 34 years of experience as a professional engineer with both consulting and direct industry experience, and is Dillon’s Director of Acquisition Integration.
Mark Hernandez
Civil Engineer – Windsor
Mark has over 20 years of experience as a civil engineer. He has served in project risk management, project management, leading design, and coordination capacities on numerous multidisciplinary projects.
Matthew Hopps
Geologist – Windsor
Matt is a professional geoscientist with over 15 years of experience in environmental consulting and has extensive experience at managing contaminated site management programs.
