Bio

Darla has over 28 years of experience in municipal asset management and capital planning. She is a sustainability and asset management specialist with experience in design and construction of municipal infrastructure, capital planning, and facilitation of public meetings and training. Darla has specific operational experience with the Ontario Clean Water Agency and an international water company where she led diverse teams of specialists to deliver 30-year operational and maintenance plans for municipal clients. She has led vision workshops and levels of service workshops for municipalities, as well as interactive training on asset management planning to small municipalities in Ontario for municipal staff and Council.

Asset Management Plans for Lake Huron and Elgin Area Water Supply Systems - Ontario

Serving a combined population of over 500,000, the Lake Huron and Elgin Area Primary Water Supply Systems supply potable drinking water to 15 municipalities in southwestern Ontario.
