Sustainability Matters provides information on the four pillars in Dillon’s CSR policy: responsibility to the
environment; responsibility to our w
orkplaces; responsibility to
society; and responsibility to the
marketplace. Our report evolves every year, and this year we’ve augmented it to align with the reporting expectations of the UN global compact, of which Dillon has been a signatory since 2018.
A highlight from this year’s report is that over the course of the last year we reduced our carbon footprint by 41%
