Robert Morgan Appointed Guelph Office Manager
The role of Office Manager (OM) is an important role here at Dillon. With responsibility for managing office plans, operating budgets, administrative services and supporting a positive community and industry profile, the OM role brings new challenges on a daily basis. However, it’s more than that. It’s an opportunity to develop a broader perspective, learn about the business side of the company and further develop leadership skills.
Today, we’re pleased to announce the appointment of an OM in our Guelph Office.
Effectively immediately, Robert Morgan will be taking over the role of OM in our newly opened Guelph Office. Robert joined Dillon in 2018 and has been working in the Atmosphere Services and Environmental Management Programs service lines as an environmental engineer. The enthusiastic and understanding staff have already moved into the new office (despite there not being furniture or walls before they got there) and Robert is excited to take over leadership and will work to fully establish our Guelph Office.
We would like to thank Michael Hayman for his leadership to date in the renovations, moving of staff, and build out of the Guelph Office. In addition to his extensive contributions to the Guelph Office, Michael is also the OM for the Kitchener Office and has been working diligently to accommodate the considerable growth there. Michael will continue in his role as OM for Kitchener and will be working closely with Robert during this transition and in the future.
