Over the years, Dillon’s Land Development group has grown into one of Canada’s largest and most progressive professional development teams. In 2021, Dillon acquired Counterpoint Engineering, a Canadian engineering consulting firm based in the Greater Toronto Area that specializes in land development consulting and engineering.

We are dedicated to creating sustainable solutions and balancing environmental integrity for urban and rural communities of residential, retail, commercial and industrial facilities. We recognize that all communities are living organisms that require adaptive frameworks and flexible designs to achieve long-term social inclusion, economic prosperity, and environmental resilience.
