Larry has served as a Board member for several publicly traded and private companies including servicing as Board Chair and Chair of Board Committees including Audit & Risk, Compensation, Governance, Restructuring and Special Committee of the Board. He is a former CEO with a strong track record of leadership growing professional services, technology, power services and financial services firms. As a former Managing Partner at Ernst & Young, Larry also has broad management consulting experience assisting various multinational and regional companies transform their organisations.
