Muntazir Pardhan

Muntazir is a Project Manager and Environmental Engineer with a degree in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Western University in London, Ontario.  Muntazir is a licensed Professional Engineer in the Province of Ontario and has over 21 years of technical experience in the fields of environmental site assessments and remediation, landfill monitoring, environmental compliance, permits, and contract administration.

Muntazir is a Qualified Person (QPESA) with the Ministry of the Environment, Conservation and Parks (MECP) under Ontario’s Records of Site Condition Regulation (O. Reg. 153/04).  Muntazir’s experience includes working with electrical utilities, First Nation Communities across Canada, linear infrastructure projects including highways, pipelines and hydro corridors, oil and gas sites, proposed developments and various industrial lands.  Muntazir has extensive experience leading large-scale Phase I Environmental Site Assessments and remediation projects with First Nation Communities, solar and wind farms, provincial roads and highways.  His current roles include business development, stakeholder engagement and senior technical roles on projects.
