Dan Kuenstler

Dan has over 22 years of experience designing and administering contracts for a wide range of civil infrastructure projects. He coordinates interdisciplinary teams on assignments ranging from feasibility studies, to preliminary, detailed design phases and finally seeing them through wide area infrastructure development. Recently, Dan applied his training and experience to help facilitate agreements between multiple stakeholders and approval agencies with his work on the East Side Road Project in Manitoba, obtaining firsthand experience working with many of the First Nation communities on the east side of Lake Winnipeg. Dan managed the engineering and construction of the All-season Road project (serving remote communities on the east side of Lake Winnipeg) which involved the construction of a rock and composite embankment, drainage, crushed rock and graveled surface on a new location for ~150 km. Dan has both a pragmatic and cost effective approach in guiding projects from conception development and plan approvals to detailed design and construction completion.
