Karla Kolli

Karla brings over 30 years of experience to stakeholder engagement and environmental assessment projects often in a project manager or team lead role. She has developed and directed consultation programs for numerous infrastructure projects including energy, road and highway, water, wastewater, waste management and stormwater projects. She is a professional planner and has carried out consultation for large scale planning projects. Karla’s process knowledge allows her to effectively design and implement consultation strategies to meet both the project need as well as specific regulatory requirements. Effective consultation is critical to successful projects and Karla has worked extensively with stakeholders to help them understand how different infrastructure and planning projects might affect their communities, and to ensure that their voice is heard in the planning process.
