Paddy Kennedy

Paddy has over 20 years of experience in municipal planning and is Dillon’s Planning and Design Lead. He has provided support and management of the preparation of municipal plans, strategies and studies. He has worked for a wide range of public and private sector clients across Canada and internationally, helping clients implement creative and practically-based solutions to complex urban issues.

Paddy has a diverse background (in both policy and physical planning) which uniquely enables him to provide guidance on how to move from conceptual design to practical implementation. Paddy has worked on growth and intensification strategies, secondary plans, master plans, zoning by-laws and incentive strategies.
