Dennis is Director of Acquisition Integration leading / supporting the integration of multiple acquisitions from business case development to execution and post-closing value capture. Dennis has over 34 years of experience as a professional engineer with both consulting and direct industry experience. He provides management and technical direction for environmental management, operations, licensing, site investigations, risk assessment, and remediation at industrial facilities in western Canada and Ontario.
