David Diemer

Dave is an environmental engineer (P.Eng.) and a leader in Dillon’s Atmospheric Services team with more than 30 years of experience in source testing, air emission inventories, air quality impact assessments, and dispersion modelling. He has extensive experience in the fields of source testing and managing air emissions compliance. Dave is also a leader in odour management services and has conducted numerous odour impact assessments for municipal and industrial operations including organics facilities and energy from waste equipment. Odour assessment experience includes odour source identification, odour sampling and analysis, odour modelling, and odour impact assessment. Dave has successfully managed air quality engineering studies across Canada. Dave is currently Dillon’s Client Segment Manager for Manufacturing and the former Account Manager for the Ford Motor Company. Dave also serves as one of the Operations Team Managers for Dillon’s Environmental Management and Atmospheric Services (EMAS) team.
