Mark Brobbel

Mark Brobbel has over 28 years of professional experience, and as a consultant has provided environmental services across several sectors. He has managed and coordinated multi-disciplinary teams for a wide range of private and public sector clients, and has provided agency liaison services to help clients navigate through various regulatory processes. Mark leads Dillon’s rail business line and is also the operations lead for our industry and real estate client groups. Mark’s experience includes workshop facilitation and environmental training, species at risk, linear development services, site restoration, fish habitat offsetting, and environmental mitigation and monitoring services.
