Andrew Blackmer

Andy has over 37 years of experience in environmental science and risk management throughout Atlantic Canada. He provides overall program management and leadership as a senior hydrogeologist and technical advisor/reviewer for both groundwater supply development projects and contaminated sites management programs. He also provides hydrogeological analysis and interpretation on complex sites, and technical advice and review of site investigation, environmental impact assessment, risk assessment and remediation projects for a wide range of sites and clients. He has been directly involved in the onshore oil and gas, renewable energy and mining industries. He is an officer and past director of Dillon.
