Since the Vancouver office opened in 1994, our presence has influenced the city and the region. The redevelopment of the former Expo site (Pacific Place), road, bridge and freeway facilities, water/wastewater systems, natural environment and habitat conservation, and urban developments are some of the areas we have focused on.

In 2017, the Surrey Board of Trade honoured Dillon with an Environment and Business Award. And in 2023, the Richmond Chamber of Commerce honoured Dillon with an Outstanding Workplace of the Year Award.

Parking:
There are two parkades located in the Bentall Towers, both are paid parking:

• Pender Parkade Entrance: 1040 W Pender Street (closest to the office)
• Thurlow Parkade Entrance: 1000 Eveleigh Street

Transit:
The office is very close to the Expo Skytrain line, with the Burrard station being one block away from the office.

To Skytrain from the airport: Take the Canada Line to Vancouver City Centre or Waterfront, both are within walking distance to the office.

Accessing the office:
Elevator access to the 10th floor is available between 7:30 am – 4:30 pm. Please use the doorbell located outside the office door.
