Don McKinnon

Don has over 34 years of experience in Environmental Assessments (EAs) and infrastructure planning studies. His transportation project experience includes approvals work for new roadways/freeways, road widenings, reconstructions, major bridges, public transit facilities (light rail), airport access, and the preparation of transportation master plans. Don has been involved in the completion of numerous Provincial Class EAs for roadway and other municipal facilities. He has worked with and overseen transportation modelling teams, urban design teams, engineering teams and active transportation advisors. He has worked throughout Canada and in Asia, the Caribbean, Central America, and Africa.
