Darcy Harris

Darcy has over 27 years of experience in engineering consulting and project management. Prior to joining Dillon he was the president of a municipal engineering consulting firm in Atlantic Canada. He is involved principally as a municipal engineer while also focusing on water and wastewater, transportation and land development.
