Claudio has over 35 years’ experience in traffic and transportation planning with an emphasis on leading large multi-discipline transportation studies. He has successfully directed many studies that included needs assessment, travel demand forecasting, identification and evaluation of alternatives, and integration of this work with effective public consultation programs. Claudio provides strategic advice and expert testimony on a range of transportation issues and he has developed specialized knowledge and capability as a leading expert in undertaking Fire Master Plan studies.
