We are pleased to announce that Tom Grimminck has been appointed as the Operations Lead for our Environmental Sciences technical group. He has held the position on an interim-basis since May 2018. Prior to this Tom was one of five Operations Team Leads for Ontario’s Environmental Services. Tom brings extensive corporate operational and client experience to this role.
He is a new partner, environmental engineer and project manager with over 23 years of experience as an environmental engineer and contractor. His technical experience has included detailed contaminant delineation, remediation of contaminated sites, development and implementation of risk management plans, landfill design and construction, and long term monitoring of contaminated sites and/or landfills.
As the environmental sciences operations leader, Tom will be responsible for the day-to-day operations of the environmental services technical group at the national level, including management of training and professional development resources, facilitating staff mobility and resourcing needs and work flow forecasting.
