We are pleased to announce that Margaret Kralt has been appointed as the Operations Lead for our Planning and Design group. She has held the position on an interim-basis since May 2018. Margaret brings extensive corporate operational and client experience to this role. She has been a member of our early career development team, was office manager in Yellowknife, part of the former NextGen Team and is currently the client relationship manager for Government of Northwest Territories.
Margaret is a new partner, community planner and project manager with over 12 years experience. She has been living in the Northwest Territories since 2006, and works with many Indigenous communities and regional governments. Her experience includes community plan and zoning by-law review and updates, regional resourced based land use planning, consultation and stakeholder engagement and revising best practices guidelines.
As the planning and design operations leader, Margaret will help with the growth and development of our technical staff and range of planning and design services.
