The Greater Kitchener-Waterloo Chamber of Commerce honoured Dillon with a Business Excellence Award for Health and Wellness in the Workplace on March 1st, 2017. The award recognizes “a business or organization that has achieved health and wellness in the workplace... and employers that provide strategies, initiatives, policies and programs that promote, support and enhance a healthy workplace and the efforts of workers to remain healthy at work and beyond.”
Dillon considers the health and wellness of staff one of the main pillars of our corporate approach to sustainability.
