Ottawa

We opened our office doors in 1961 and have recently relocated to the south end of the Nation’s Capital, just minutes from the Ottawa MacDonald Cartier International Airport and a short drive from downtown. Evolving from a transportation and infrastructure practice, we have since expanded to include a full spectrum of services including environment, health and safety, municipal engineering, transportation planning, transportation engineering including bridge infrastructure, site contamination management, water resources and natural environment management.

Dillon is a visible presence in Ottawa. The rapid bus transit system, expressway system and numerous residential communities in the region bear the Dillon stamp. We strive to limit our environmental impact by tying conservation and sustainability into our work. Over the past years Dillon has been actively involved in species at risk studies, turtle conservation and wildlife culvert crossings.

Whether you’re travelling to Ottawa for business or pleasure, there are countless venues and attractions throughout the year to enjoy. Book a meeting at the Ottawa Congress Centre, located in the heart of the city; not only is it a leading North American technology hub, it is one of Canada’s most popular meeting and tourist destinations. Parliament Hill is a place for national decision-making. Visitors are welcome to tour the buildings, view Parliament in action, and enjoy public programs and colourful spectacles such as the ceremonial Changing of the Guard and the Sound and Light Show. Looking for a more physical adventure? Take a hike though the Gatineau’s or enjoy one of our many ski hills or water parks. There’s fun for everyone in the Nation’s Capital!
